Couple looking for a fun getaway

The staff were super friendly and accommodating . Enjoyed one afternoon by the pool where the service was excellent and the ambiance really made the day for us.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but the quality justified it.

It was unbearable to stay in a room that felt damp and unpleasant. To top it off, the beach chairs were in terrible condition, rusty and clearly neglected.

While I almost gave a good review, I just couldn't overlook the musty room smell and the dreadful beach chairs that should have definitely been thrown in the dumpster. As a guest who deserves special treatment, I was expecting a complimentary gesture, but instead, it reminded me of I was just another regular person here.
